One-Ton Bomb Shipment from the US to Israel – Rubio and Netanyahu Declare: "We Will Finish the Iran Problem"

During the first official US visit to Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio made strong statements regarding Iran. Coinciding with Rubio’s visit, Israel received a shipment of approximately one ton of MK-84 bombs, also known as “doomsday bombs,” capable of penetrating metal, from the US. Meanwhile, discussions on the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire will take place in Israel tomorrow.

At a joint press conference, Netanyahu described US President Donald Trump as “the greatest friend Israel has ever had in the White House.”

‘STRANGE ONE-ARMED HUG’

According to the Israeli press, Netanyahu greeted Rubio with an unusual one-armed hug at the start of their meeting. He noted that the two leaders, along with their teams, had “a very productive meeting on several key issues,” emphasizing, “None is more important than Iran.” Netanyahu stated, “Israel and America stand shoulder to shoulder against the Iranian threat. We agree that the ayatollahs must never acquire nuclear weapons, and we concur that Iran’s regional aggression must be countered.” He asserted that with Trump’s support, “we can and will finish the Iran business.”

“A NUCLEAR IRAN CAN NEVER BE”

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio echoed Netanyahu’s stance, vowing that Iran would never become a nuclear power. He labeled the Islamic Republic as “the greatest source of instability in the Middle East,” adding, “A nuclear Iran that escapes pressure and intervention can never be allowed.”

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu expressed support for Trump’s controversial Gaza plan, stating, “We exchanged ideas about Trump’s bold vision for Gaza’s future, and we will work to make this vision a reality.”

RUBIO: ‘HAMAS MUST BE DESTROYED…’

Rubio stressed that Hamas cannot continue to exist as a force in Gaza, declaring, “Without Hamas being destroyed, lasting peace in the Middle East is impossible.”
